You may proceed to checkout without creating an account with JJ Photography in order to pay for products such as prints or to pay for services such as Photo Sessions.
You need to create an account with JJ Photography to have access to photographs, videos, animations, eBooks, software, and other electronic media and in order to make any downloads after a payment is submitted.
You need to create an account with JJ Photography for subscriptions you purchase from us and in order to process returns.
You understand that your payment will be processed by Stripe or PayPal on their system and that JJ Photography will not be held liable for your financial information: credit card, debit card, and/or bank account information.

By accessing the JJ Photography and Video Shop page and submitting your payment, you agree to all of the Terms and Conditions outlined above.
